The Provostship of Saints Giusto and Clemente is a neoclassical church designed by Agostino Fantastici and built between 1843 and 1846 by commission of Count Alessandro Lucarini Saracini.
With a Greek cross plan and an apse, it is preceded by a pronaos composed of four columns with Ionic capitals supporting the pediment. Inside, a vaulted interior houses a Madonna and Child with Angels, the central panel of a polyptych by Giovanni di Paolo; to its left is a Rest on the Flight into Egypt, a copy of Correggio's, possibly by Francesco Nasini.
Also preserved are a Madonna and Child by Andrea di Niccolò, a Holy Family with Saint Catherine of Siena attributed to Arcangelo Salimbeni, and two 17th-century copies of Alessandro Casolani's Deposition and Ventura Salimbeni's Crucifixion.
